Your mission
In the Service & Project Management team, you will secure the organizational and administrative foundation for the reliable operation of our cloud services. You will act as the interface between the internal service team, customer requests, and commercial processes to ensure smooth operations in a dynamic environment. Through structured data maintenance and coordinative support, you will directly contribute to the stability and transparency of our operational service delivery.
Your tasks
- Processing service terminations in daily operations
- Supporting invoicing and dunning processes, including written and verbal coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining and administering accounts in our internal time-tracking system
- Entering contract data and digitally recording contract updates within the system
- Documenting and continuously updating work processes in our knowledge management tool (e.g., Confluence)
- Creating structured data overviews and spreadsheets for product and inventory management
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program (ideally Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field) with active student status until at least the end of the Summer Semester 2027
- A strong interest in IT infrastructures, administrative workflows, and digital processes.
- A structured and meticulous approach to work, combined with a high degree of reliability and strong team spirit
- Initial practical experience with knowledge management systems (wikis) or in commercial customer relations
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
- Availability to work 16 to 20 hours per week (full remote or onsite)
