A solid background in recruiting technical talent, ideally with exposure to cloud environments, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for working at the cutting edge of technology
Proficiency in evaluating technical requirements and reviewing applicant portfolios, ensuring a perfect alignment with the specific needs of our various departments
A proven ability to partner effectively with leadership and navigate complex requirements management seamlessly

Very good written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
Your tasks
Taking full ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle, seamlessly guiding the process from the initial requirements analysis through to successful placement and comprehensive onboarding

Acting as a trusted advisor to our hiring managers by providing valuable insights on market dynamics, candidate profiles, and effective selection strategies
