Your mission
Your tasks
- Operating, proactively monitoring, and maintaining the technical environment in a highly secure operational setting to ensure maximum system availability
- Managing, scaling, and continuously hardening container infrastructures (Vanilla Kubernetes and OpenShift)
- Handling administration and in-depth troubleshooting, supporting data center projects, and integrating new system components into our infrastructure
- Implementing quality standards and creating clear technical documentation to sustainably prevent errors
- Participating in the on call rotation (with additional compensation) to ensure we meet our agreed Service Level Agreements
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in administering and operating distributed Linux server environments
- Strong practical knowledge of modern container technologies and orchestration platforms (ideally Kubernetes and OpenShift)
- Solid technical understanding of networking concepts (routing and switching) and data center environments
- A structured and results driven approach to work, combined with high precision when solving technical problems in live production environments
- Confident use of automation tools and established Infrastructure as Code principles (such as Ansible and Terraform) to efficiently provision system environments
- Fluent spoken and written English (at least B2 level), and German skills are a plus
